I ran the GT3 (steel brakes) on a brake intensive track this weekend and was pushing very hard. I was not expecting the stock pads to stand up to the abuse, but was pleasantly surprised to find they worked very well and had similar stopping power to Pagid Oranges on my previous 993 Turbo.

The only downsides were less initial bite than a track pad and they seemed to wear pretty fast They had enough stopping power to activate ABS at 190km/h even after 15 hard laps; pretty damn good for a pad that works on the street too!
