I would send that footage to the police and see if they could Identify that guy. I am sure that they could also find the source of who posted that video and catch that guy. I don't know where this was taken, but I'm sure if it was in the U.S that guy would be liable for some sort of punishment/fine, etc..
They caught the guy a while back. His budies were sending the video on bluetooth and the lambo owner's employee picked it up on his phone and then...well long story short the guy was fined.

Oh man...if that was my car and I found out who it was I'd have him lay on the ground (after I broke off his legs) and run up and down him. That guys so f'n stupid that if he had 1 more brain cell they would fight with eachother.
