Well I wouldn't get an RT12 - - I'd just get a GT2 or 997TT and modify them.
But, does he want AWD? Does he want extreme performance, or some driving handicaps?
CGT or LP640 seem to fit the bill more.

I agree the CGT or LP seem to be more fitting and what a hard choice that will be but what a great choice to get to make...
