And for $20K more ($170K) you can find an immaculate Murcielago.... perhaps that us the way to go unless you're in love with the Gallardo. At this point, while earning say, $20-$30K monthly after tax, the price shouldn't necessarily be the issue. I'd personally wait and buy the Bull. Yellow / Green / Orange should be colors that you can acquire at a slight discount though I personally love Speed Yellow, Ferrari Fly Yellow, Viper Green, Signal Orange, etc... it's probably even MORE FITTING on a Murci.

Dunno what it is but the Murci doesn't do it for me. I really like the looks of the Gallardo better. I think that if I did start wanting more performance I'd either move up to a LP560 or look into the Heffner twin turbo options.

Sendero - Just weight the costs and benefits. It might be $10K less in 5 months... but you and I both know the priceless beauty of a PNW summer. If I was looking at that price range already, I would just spend a little extra to enjoy it an additional summer. But, I'd make sure to keep looking for a 06 with Callistos.

I'll help search - what's your criteria? 6speed or Egear? Interior preference? I assume low mileage and perfect condition? National search (willing to ship)?

I already have one incoming. Got the '05 that was listed by Cats Exotics (http://catsexotics.com/used_vehicle_...7514a13&bhcp=1). Kevin was (and still is) great with all my newb questions. True, it's not an '06 but thats ok by me. That'll just be another reason to upgrade to an '06 or later Spyder later on

You're right about the PNW summers. I could wait until Oct/Nov and get one at a lower price but then I would have missed out on the summer. No way to put a price on that.

Congrats. Hard to say an '05 is anything less than stellar.

Be sure to make it out to some local events this summer.

Unfortunately the deal hit a snag and I'm now looking for another one (or Roy & Kevin are). Nothing against cats, just an issue with the current owner. My search continues...
