BMW 135i (modded) vs 04.... yes, 04 Gallardo

how retarded and ridiculous. read the 3rd page of the forum and it gets even funnier. ridiculous how much "shiv" defends his TWO THOUSAND FOUR lambo. (i emphasize the 04 because to me 03-05 gallardos dont do much ..... no offense for those who own one)

Ahaha,WOW. VISHNU oh Vishnu. I know a Vishnu Evolution will have no problem at all with a Gallardo. However, that little 135 did well with just a Plug n' Play PROcede v3 AND Dual Filter Intake System did really good. The BMW 335 should be capable of the same.

Haha, it's amazing isn't it? This is exactly why I try my best to stay away from these 3 series message boards. Too many immature people trying to provoke arguements instead of saying things maturely - look at that you got a vendor trying to argue with a customer, WOW.

The video is **** anyway. Not even in the right gears and its an 04 gallardo - video doesnt do anything for me.

That is pretty crazy any way you look at it. Every day I think about trading the Elise for a 135 and putting some mods on it. Cornering beast vs comfortable highway rocket, hrmm.

I'd still take the Gallardo any day of the week.

It never ceases to amaze me how people with modified tiny cars need to flex. Anyone can buy a 90's supra or rx7 and add 5 figures (money gone forever) to compete with anything from Italy off the floor in a short straight line. I had a 996 turbo cab with 650 hp from evoms with little exterior mods. Hardly a day went buy when some tiny car with a scuba tank exhaust didn't flex up to me. Usually I ignored them. However, the one or two times I crushed one of these insects, I'm sure they didn't run home to mama's basement to post a vid and brag to their boyfriends. Just remember, anyone who can buy a lambo can buy your car and out-modify you if the need to feel better about themself. But by now they probably don't feel that necessity.

So true. As I said in the other thread, definitely a fast 135. However I'd take a lambo 100/100 times.

Nonetheless it's still damn impressive-the mods on that 135 probably cost no more than 2K, putting it at maybe 1/3 the price it would cost to get that '04 Gallardo USED. Your comment was elitist and arrogant at best-why not appreciate the engineering of the car for what it is? Regardless of what year the Gallardo is a BMW 135 still beat a Lambo. The changes from '04-'05 were not hugely major (though they did add up to a slightly faster car) and while an '05 may have beaten the 135 my guess is it still would not have annihilated it like most would expect.

That being said I'd still take the Gallardo any day but since I won't be able to afford one for a few years that 135 may be the next thing in my garage.

The 135 was impressive...but given the choice between the two cars I don't care how fast you can make a 135 I'd pick the Gallardo all the time.

My comments are not ellitest or arrogant. It's a simple reality, there is always a faster car regardless of price. It always seems to mean more to the "underdog" to come out ahead. Most Exotic buyers are not purely interested in performance. There are a number of other factors leading most who own a Gallardo to choose one without regard to their numbers. Try not to be so sensitive. Buy your 135, enjoy it. It's a great car. Just remember this experience when some kid in a ten year old Honda 2000 with mods smokes you when you're out for a nice ride.

Rather pointless to say "Still take a gallardo over it"...I would bet 99% of this board would take a gallardo over a 135 if possible
