This Gallardo runs in the Super GT Series in Japan.

Agreed, I really love that pic Looking to purchase and keep in stock at my shop, although I haven't been successful finding the manufacturer.

that's the Aktio Gallardo that competes in the Super GT series (formerly known as JGTC, Japanese grand touring championship)

check SuperGT.net for info, they got some mind blowing cars there. There's two classes, the gt300 and gt500 class, this one competes in the 300 class.

it's a one off kit just like all the ones they use in Super GT.

I definitely approve of the body kit especially in the 3rd pic, since I have a very similar kit on my G as you can see in the pic below

300 and 500 have something to do with the HP limit of the class!?

 

^ yea 300hp limit and 500hp limit, it's kind of weird seeing cars that come stock around 500hp competing in the 300hp class eh.



they had JGTC for a while a few years ago on Speed channel until Nascar took the channel completely over. I have to resort to watching the races online now

Wow your NSX is kick ***! That widebody you got reminds me of the Sorcery kit, is it a one of a kind?? I love it because it's so clean looking but wild at the same time. I like any kit that tries to retain the sexy lines of an already sexy car.
please do us all a favour and post pics when it's out the shop.

 

Hi thanks for the compliments. This one of my nsx is 1992 with 15k original miles, built top and bottom end motor, high compression and stroked to 3.5.
stoptech brakes, full alcantara interior, regeared trans etc.

The body (2007 super gt) is actually produced by sorcery japan and is twice(+7cm per side) as wide as the standard sorcery widebody for nsx , this is the first out of the mold and the only one in the USA.

This stuff is off topic though lol wish you guys at 6speed had a section for nsx

wow, a lot of work went into it I see... yea I knew Sorcery makes some of the best widebodies for the NSX I figured it might have been it, looks real good. keep us posted in any case, don't matter if there's an NSX section missing here, lol


I'm not a 100% sure but yes I do think it's got the same V10 but a de-tuned or restricted version of it. They also use weight additions a lot in that series to even the cars out if needed, and for penalties offcourse.
