What's the best buy?

a 2008 Verde G coupe, 3K miles, ceramics, egear, callistos for 175K
or
a 2007 Verde G spyder, 3K miles, egear, callistos for 175K
or
a 2006 verde G coupe, 6K miles, egear for 150K

thanks

I would go for the 2006, since I dont recall they have added any options since the changes on the 2006 models to the newer ones such as 07 and 08 builds.

This is a pretty decent buy - particularly because of the ceramics.

The spyder isn't a bad buy either. IMO, the 06 @ 150K are a dime a dozen.

the options added are more creature comforts, bluetooth, ipod, stuff like that. one nice kicker on the 08's is the 3 year warranty vs 2 for previous MY's.
i think basically the same mechanical build tho.

A or B for sure.
I think you should decide if you want a coupe or spyder first, though.

Usually greatest depreciation is year one, then year two, etc. What's the MSRP differences between 1 & 2? Easy to decide with that info in hand. I can't imagine you'd be selecting based on "best buy" scenario between those 2 unless you like them equally.

living in the midwest, the top down opportunities are few, but i think i might be fun. i do prefer the coupe lines.
i am leaning towards the coupe for the extra warranty period to, that also might make resale easier

Verde Ithaca coupe would be my choice. I saw one getting on 88 a couple weeks ago and I love that car. Also, I think it goes without saying that a roadster is of very limited use up here.

Sounds like you should get the 08. Warranty, ceramics, coupe, value, most use, etc.

Good luck!
