6-speed gallardos?

I recently totaled my 08 Zo6 so I'm in the market for a new car. I've been considering a 997gt3, 997tt and then realized i might as well check out the used gallardo market (06-08). A 2 years ago i drove a 06' 6-speed coupe and a 07' e-gear convertible. Anyways i hated the E-gear, where were those fast shifts? There was delay between shifts (up and down). What can i say i love to shift myself. I'd love to drive one again and see if the car is for me. I test drove a 07 997 turbo yesterday and thought the car was just too loose in the steering feel and the suspension was just way to soft for my liking. After a few searches it appears there are not many 6-speed gallardos on the market. Does anyone know where i could find a low milage 06-08 gallardo with a 6 speed manual ?

Check with Roy at Cats Exotics and search the Lambo forums.. LamboPower.com and Lamborghini-talk.com also. I picked up my nice 6speed Gallardo 7 months ago by watching the forums.

If you want a manual get one. But the first time I drove a Gallardo with e-gear I didn't know what the sport button was. So I also felt like the shifting was slow and no where near as fast as I expected. In sport mode it shifts much faster and more aggressive. I bought e-gear and I like it. It has its quirks but I am happy with it. I have always owned manual cars before. My previous car was a '03 Z06.

Yeah, I'm sure you're willing to let that one go for a cheap price.
