Sadly, I've come to terms that I will be 60 years old when I finally get my dream car. (If I don't hit the wall)

 

60 is the new 40, I used to think 60 is old as dirt, but since my parent are in their mid 60's. I see a young couple, they still look as young as I can remember with a few more winkles. I had a picture of the countach as a kid, love it. You are never too old to own your dream car.

 

The white one is absolutely gorgeous!

Nope. Never really liked it. Of course, it was a bit before my time and the Diablo was the car I had plastered all over my walls.

countach is the sickest looking car... and for that time that it was designed... it was like a spaceship..

 

I don't believe in absolutes. Don't get me wrong, it's because there's too many great things out there (fav actress, fav movie, fav exotic etc) to pic just one....However, the Countach was a benchmark car that makes my top ten, everytime. :-)

 

For sure very forward thinking for the time. If you compare it to a Pantera for example it takes it in the design, exterior & aero bits. But I much rather have a Pantera if I was going to spend my own cash. Then my interest doesn't really pique again until the 993 Turbo.

Of course you have commoner cars like the 87 Buick GNX, 89 ZR1, 92 RX7 that I'm too damned tall for.

For sure thinking about buying or leasing some space after I get my next two cars.
