I'd like to get some input on stage 1 vs stage 2. I don't have a gallardo yet, but will probably upgrade to one in a year or less and would definitely consider the underground kit. I would use the car almost daily like I use my M6 now (~10k miles a year) with occasional track days, not interested in setting any world record with it or sacrificing drivability/reliability for maximum performance.

I say do it right the first time. You'll have the peace of mind of a built motor and some extra power to boot.

Tuski, when you get a chance give me a call and we can talk about some options and I can help you make the best decision for your goals with the Gallardo. We also have some Gallardos on display at Lamborghini MIAMI if you want to see our work in person. Thank you for considering us for your Gallardo build.

Transmission stays stock. If you are going to race at the drag strip, I recommend you do the shaft upgrade.

Stage 1 can keep the stock clutch. The Stage 1 system takes 3 weeks if scheduled by appointment.
