Depends on which you prefer. I have an 04 Gallardo with Egear and do not have any complaints as of yet.
When I got mine, the egear pump had already been replaced and those are notorious for going bad and it gets costly.
Just make sure the car and tranny has been serviced properly and then the E-Gear isn't a bad choice.
04's especially were notorious for E-Gear issues but as long as the bugs were fixed by the previous owner you will be good.
Good Luck and Enjoy!

NP. The BIGGEST thing is: make sure the pump has been replaced by previous owner or you will definitely be replacing it soon.
Since the clutch was recently done it probably has the most recent software on it but check again with Lamborghini as to which flash it has and ask for records of pump replacement if previous owner claims its been done.
It costs a few racks to replace including labor.

^^ ditto on the above. so much talks has been on egear. yet, i have never had a problem with it. the car is pretty solid compared to other exotics.

get an inspection. have the electronics checked out and codes scanned.

I have driven F458 and LP670 the same day. I can tell for sure that Lambo's E-gear is obsolete comparing to the Ferrari's one...

Lamborghini has a single clutch versus Ferrari has a dual clutch. The shifts are going to feel very different. Personally, I'd rather have a single clutch trans.
