I'm 6'2" and I guess my torso is a bit longer since I always feel like I am out of headroom in any Gallardo I have tried until today.

Test drove a Super Trofeo with the carbon bucket sport seats and it was just an inch or two not enough in terms of headroom like usual. Drove a regular 560-4 on the lot with leather seats and fit just fine... I would have thought the sport seats would sit lower? What is the answer to the mystery? Can it be that the leather headliner has less padding vs the one in the Trofeo hence more headroom? Here is the regular Gallardo (6 speed) pic, anything anyone can see that would explain it? Not my cup of tea in terms of color of the ext and int by the way but I really liked the 6 speed and how the car felt overall...

 

I was there yesterday. Having had both a 560 & a 570, I thought just the opposite. The sport buckets seemed lower. Algar has a much better color 560
If your looking for one. That 56o interior is real interesting

 

Oh yeah, the sport seats do "seem" to be lower but I could not fit without tilting my head down.... I fit just fine with the regular Gallardo seats. I also recall having the same problem in a Superleggera I tried. I noticed Algar had one but I am looking for a 6 speed manual.

 

Doesn't the top of the door pillar get in your way of looking out of the window?

 

Just saw a 2011 550/2 advertised. Yellow, 6 speed w/ceramic brakes.
