Ford GT preliminary Dyno Results.

I read an article in magazine (road & track I think) on the airplane about 2 months ago where they tested a bunch of tuner cars vs. the C6 Z06. One was a FGT that had exhaust, pulleys, and reflash, etc... to make roughly 600hp. It was only .2 faster in the 1/4 and the cost was high. I'll ahve to find the article online.

Tires make the 1/4 mile. I am more impressed with the 194mph standing mile from the GT....not bad for a car with very little done to it.

What are the 1/4 mile times supposed to be for a stock Ford GT? Im hosting a 1/4 mile track rental for high end cars at the end of august/early september and both the ford gt and c6 z06 will be in attendance so we'll see how they fare.

believe the gt is rated at 11.5-11.6 @ 125-126
