Thats a great question....I would like to know as well. I can't swing a Murci and I really dont love the Gallardo, but the Diablo is still beautiful. I would be most concerned about maintenance and reliablility.

I have owned Diablos (92, 94, 01 coupes and two 97.5 roadsters) and currently have an 03 Murci. Even when compared to the 6.0 (2001), there is no comparison. The Murci technological advancement/refinement is of unparallelled comparison to even the 6.0.

The Diablo is a great car although very quirky, I had a '98 SV 2WD, it was a much better car to look at than drive
The Murcie is a great car to drive and has killer looks as well, nothing compares to it...

As Tiff said, "the older Lambos has an AC unit comparable to an asthmatic blowing through a straw, while the new ones are nearly an Audi!".
