That's amazing; you drove the G in '02, 2 years before the first '04 Gallardo came out?

Have you ever considered an Aston Martin? I'm loving the new Vantage and the DB9 is just downright sexy! I'm seriously considering one now..Just a thought.

i wanted to make a post apologizing to my local dealer. i made the "brash" post in haste immediately after i spoke to a particular company rep and was boiling.

i was obviously offended by this guy but rushed to judgement on him being representative of the entire establishment, especially after they had put on a very impressive extended test drive event. since i just relocated to this area, i had had ZERO interaction with them prior and so far everything had been pleasant.

i cannot comment on their way of business, either pos or neg, as i do not have experience with them....but like always, once cooler heads prevail, so will judgement

Again, i apologize to this dealership and hopefully something positive will come out of this.

No need to apologize.
The dealership needs to earn YOUR business, not the other way around.

I've had a stage 2 911 TT and would pick a gallardo over it anyday. I love the gallardo in everyway!

Looks and just the right amount of power to my likings..
Just my opinion!

I couldn't agree more. My turbo was by all means faster, but pure speed alone can't match the looks, sound, and the thrill of the G. It may also be that where I live Turbos and all other Porsches are far too common.

Ghostrider, who do you deal with at Lambo Dallas? I have dealt with John Hrad ever since his Boardwalk Porsche/Park Place Porsche days, great guy. I would only deal with him.

The sales guy I dealt with isn't there anymore, but my issues were with management backing up on decisions that were made pertaining to a deal I wanted to do with them. It's a long story not needing to be elaborated on here on 6speed. I haven't been back over to LD in 3 yrs so I don't know if the Mgr is still there or not.
