$200,000 house? I need to move to Queens ASAP. $650,000 house is more like it (still one of cheapest in my zip code).

$200K here won't even get you a 1 bedroom condo.

Great choice/interior very hot! A car like that would either get me killed driving fast or by my jealous wife (whichever comes first).

$200K in San Francisco won't even get you half a studio either! And that's just a measly space of 400ish sq feet w/ no parking!

I need to move to Queens too

200k, i don't think there is anything that is 200k in ny? even a 2 bedroom apt will set u back 250k.

I was just kidding. However $650,000 is good for new york. Look up my Queens neighborhood (LittleNeck/Douglaston; im in Douglas Manor) if you want to see some ridiculously priced houses. ----->mlsli.com
