If this piece of property is truly prime, I can tell you an automobile dealership is by no means the best use of property. The capital investment is way to high based on the ROI you can realize. Plus Lambo is a boutique franchise not worthy of building an exclusive point for. Unless you use the franchise to legitimize your used car operation. Plus the car business (new car) is a closed club. It is like royalty, if you are not born into it, it is very hard to get in. The manufacturers are very difficult to work with and having a large some of money is a given. Never buy yourself a job!!!!

Gound lease the property to some other dreamer, then sit back and giggle at your bank book!!!!
