Are there different side skirts between the Granturismo S in 08, 09 and 2010 models?

I'm looking to change the side skirts on my granturismo to the skirts on the S but the dealer is showing 2 different part numbers. Does anyone have the part number for the one shown in the picture?

I was under the impression that all the GTS models have the same side skirts like the one in the picture.

Also I know people have done this mod before but is there a fitment issue or are the bolt on areas identical between the S and the non-S?

 

After some research and talking to Maserati parts people I realize that there are different side skirts for the Granturismo S and the Granturismo S Automatic...in case anyone was wondering.

The picture I attached on the previous is the side skirts for the S.

The picture below is the S Auto. Noticeable difference.
