Educate Me - 2009 Maserati GranTurismo Auto

Did any 2009 GTs come with anything other than an auto box? Any with a true F1 style trans? Is the autobox with paddles similar to the Aston unit?

New to researching the GT and found one in Scottsdale I might pull the trigger on.

Also any advice on reliability? (one i'm looking at is an auto with paddles).

There are definitely 2009 with the F1 box but they tend to be S's. Having said that I prefer the standard transmission in the GT and so did almost all the people ordering the cars at the time. I think there is only 400ish total F1 cars out there. At least that is what I was told when my wife was looking at them.

Thanks for the input! I'm leary of having a car I can't blip the throttle in - but i'm willing to risk it in this. The body is just pure sex.
