Question to any AMG 65 owners

I continue to debate getting a used SL65, CL65, or S65. I continue to see tempting prices here in the Bay Area.

The question is, is it worth to get one of these when I already have a CLS55, SL55, 2007 Porsche Turbo, and an M6 convertible? In other words, will any of the 65's completely blow me away relative to what I already have? I have read some reviews that say the acceleration is other worldly, but my CLS is a monster and my Porsche will beat an S/SL/CL65 0-60, though maybe not from 100 on though.

Would really appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks!

Drive an SL65. It seems the SL would suit you best. Do an ECU upgrade, TCU upgrade, Carbon Fiber Air Box, Intercooler Pump, and a Diff... and it will blow your mind away.

I'm guessing its the W215 so I'd definitely go for the SL65...But if your talking about the C216 CL then yeah it's definitely the way to go.

SL65 with panaromic roof, nothing beats a Red SL65 or an Orion blue SL65 interms of looks compared to other mercedes.

The SL65 is a torque monster. We have one and I compare to many of the other cars we've ever had. The amount of power it has is second to none and it can personify a daily driver when need be. Great car IMO.

They are incredibly fast, the power never stops. Drive one and you will be amazed.

Drop the SL55 and get the SL65 for sure. Stock they are great, but upgraded are amazing.
