SL65 1/4 Results at BYRON DRAGWAY sponsored by chicagogarage.org

Decided to take the SL65 to the 1/4 mile track at Byron, as my buddy sponsored the event. Went like 4 times and ended up with

12.0, 11.7, 11.90, 11.99

I got lazy and left the 20" Modulares on... - here are the worst and best result - NOT BAD with 20" wheels, and a hang over.

Running in the 11's is really haulin' the mail for a heavy street car like your Benz ridin' on 20's. Very impressive.

It would have went 9 seconds down the track, and skated into the wall

That 11.7 is noce considering the 20"s on streets. Throw a set of 17"s with some Drag Radials on it for some low 11's!!

Very impressive times Shank. For a heavy car with 20's..that's just insane.

I wonder what the Heffner TT would have done?
