2005 SL55 Value - Need Opinions
2005 SL55 Value - Need Opinions
Hi guys,
Looking at possibly adding an 05' SL55 to the garage.
7K miles, one owner, all equip sans Distronic, like new - asking $73,500
KBB shows 'excellent' retail @ $72,095
Edumunds FMV @ $71,326
Are KBB/Edmunds in the ballpark, or has the arrival of the SL63 dropped (further) the bottom out of the SL55 used values?
Any ideas on a 'fair' price for ^^ car?
Anything to watch out for re the 2005 model in particular?
Thanks,
Chris

First of all, good choice. They are great cars. I've found that Edmunds trade in values are not too far off, still a little high but better than KBB. GL with the purchase.
That's their asking price.. guessing that they (private) would deal.

I figure he's got about $68K in value - as he's trading up (or not up, depending on the model) for an Aston.
I'll shake the trees and see what I can do.
