Chapparone Auto Body & Painting (www.chapparoneautobody.com). We are in San Diego. We have 3 S2000's here right now actually (thanks to a group of guys that all have them and have been using our shop for awhile now)

How's business down there in SD? I own my own collision center up here in Norcal and doing both restorations and insurance work.

I would say business is steady...we aren't doing as much work as we were last year but that's just the market the way it is these days. We do mostly insurance work (just one DRP though) and customer pay work and have a few project/restoration cars in the shop right now as well ('74 vette, '68 vette, '68 VW Bus, etc...).

PM me some details about your shop I would love to hear more. It is always good to compare businesses in different demographics...

Almost 35 years...we got started here in San Diego in 1974 and also got started with Kirmac up in Canada and The Northwest. We used to have 10 shops here in San Diego and 22 (w/ a partner) up North. Caliber Collision Centers bought us out here in San Diego in 2000 so we just have our one shop right now (which we are very happy with, we have the whole family here in one location which is very nice...)

How about you?

some of the ghetto body kits for that car make it look much worst then the one in those photos
