Tires for CL65
Drove the car 10K miles in the last 7 months and now my rears are slicks.
Not bad, I expected worse, I think I am showing some self constraint here!
275/35/19 is clearly not wide enough, how wide can I go on the 9 1/2" rear wheel without it looking funny or touching the fender?
What is a cheap tire you like?

I've got 285 30 19's on my stock 9.5 wheels.
That's the limit without stretching, at least that's what I'm told.
For the street I've been using Vredestein Sessanta's and got 7k miles out of the rears, which I'm happy with.
Cost is anywhere from 200 to 235 each.
The better part of my driving is on concrete which seems more abrasive (wearing) than asphalt.
