Well decided to stop building evo's for awhile and switch it up. I found this 2010 C63 in Delaware brand new and snagged it I love a nice daily driver and this is perfect. I have been anxiously awaiting the 2012 C63 and possible BLACK SERIES C63, but this will do just fine for now until more details are finalized on the 2012. I have already started a few mods and will keep it updated. I will take the car to AWDMOTORSPORTS for dyno runs and misc. This wont be anything over the top. Just a nice daily and capable weekend track car.

Thanks. Gonna be fun to mod. Ive ordered a few things. The hood is painted and just needs wet sanded and buffed. He sent me pics and it looks great. I didnt want the civic ricer look and didnt want to leave it all carbon. So I faded the sides with paint. Hard to tell with phone pics so once its here I will post pics. Weight savings was substantial at 40#. I'll try to post part numbers and everything so if people want the same items it will be plug and play for them.

The C63 is pretty nasty now. I just had it tuned Solid 45-50 more whp. Here is a teaser of the hood. It dropped about 45# off the nose. I had the sides faded in so it wasnt just a solid carbon hood. Its an AMG not a civic LOL.. CF trunk is being painted now. Got a few things going in it, but not rushing it. I have everything here to lower it but I find it very difficult to mess with. Just like pulling the ecu out and sending it off for a flash. Mistakes on this car can be painful...

 

Waiting for the 2012 models to come out, so hopefull I can pick one of those 2010/11 for cheaper.

I used to dislike Mercedes Cause I Always thought they were just to bland but the past 3 years there really stepped their game up with interior and exterior accessories. Compared to BMW where they fell off (Im a BMW Owner :/ .. regardless nice car and the weave on the CF is Top Notch ....and i see used to build evos .. I was in the STI side now im all about a little Luxury Sport. Never looked back. ok i lied lol

Here are some updated pics. I lowered it on H&R springs and did a braille mini battery. CF trunk will be here early next week. Not doing anything else. Car has been lightened 150#, makes 50 more whp with the eurocharged tune, and is absolutely perfect as is.... So happy....

 

Were you able to get to stock alignment specs with the H&R springs?

Thanks guys. Trunk is being painted as we speak.Should have it early next week and will post pics. Duane, I havent had a chance to take it to the MB dealer for alignment. I dont believe they will be able to get it within spec because I dont think it has camber adjustment. I am new to MB and will find out more. It shouldnt be too bad though. The drop is very small at .75 at all four corners. I'll get the print out from the tech.

Here is the mini battery. So far it is doing ok. Makes me nervouse but its holding strong Just need to order the tie down brackets. Been waiting to do that until I was postive it would work ok. I am contiplating going to a slightly bigger one like 18-21#???

 

Whatever you do please dont put black wheels on it.

As we get closer to the new 2012 C63 BS I will be willing to sell the Carbon Fiber hood. I paid to have some custom black fade sprayed on it with several layers of clear (cost $500) and I'll sell it for $1200 if anyone local wants it. Not in a rush as my new car isnt even able to be ordered yet but the offer is out there.
