Our customer Charles just juiced up his daily Mercedes E550 cabriolet with our VR Tuned Tuning Box Kit. The ECU Tuning Box is a plug and play box that takes the stock 4.7L Bi-Turbo from 408bhp to 480bhp! That is a major increase of 15% in horsepower. The tuning box is warranty safe with its easy plug and play installation and factory looking wiring loom. The Tuning Box micro processor takes control of the V8 engine signals to deliver the horsepower and performance. Charles told us, “I was able to place the box in a compartment under the hood near the windshield on the passenger side (see pictures). It is a perfect location for this vehicle as Mercedes already has a wiring loom entering that box from the engine bay so I was able to zip-tie to the existing loom and able to place the box in the well.
