E-class has had it since the '03 year, and I believe other models have it too.

This has been an Audi option for some time now (S8, RS6)

you can get it on the audi s6 too

Had it on my '99 S8 and on current VW Pheaton. Makes a difference in the scorching heat that we do get here.
