We had another track rental today, weather stayed ok with no rain so we had a chance to run in some of the last "cool" temps for a bit. I now have the quickest posted ET and highest trap speed for any 600 Bi-Turbo (S,CL,SL). It was an awesome day, Stephen with his RennTech modded S600 posted some record times today also (11.27 @121) as well as my buddy Craig with his RennTech C55 (12.67 @ 110) I have a few more tricks up my sleeve to get the ET down but I may have to wait until the air cools down again.

11.14 @ 125.94MPH

mods:
18" BFG Drag Radials
AMG ECU/TCU
93/104 race gas mix

Just when you thought the luxo barges cant go any faster, Wade comes in a whoops ***, again.

Good going dude, you are really making me get a SL600 and Renntech the sheet out of it, again.

Thats a tall order but its been a bit since i have cheched out their latest times...on prepped track ill get him on ET but the trap of that beast might make it tough for me on the street.

I dunno... he would run you down on the highway, but between the stoplights I think it would take a really good driver with some sticky tires to keep up. That big benz has to be easier to launch than the Z.

I'm just imaginging how much fun that car would be going from LA to Vegas with 4 people in there cruising at 150 like it's no big deal.

I haven't run my car since it became a GT700 but from what others are getting I should run high 10's and maybe 133 to 136 mph. Is your ECU from Renntech?

WOW sick numbers!! The ECU is from AMG in Germany, it was a one-off aftermarket mod.

Your CL hauls *** for such minimal mods! I'm curious as to what other tricks you have up your sleeves...
