Now that you mention it, the side mirrors do look out of place. The CLS mirrors would've been good enough.

I agree with the CLS mirrors, they look good and even better on the new C.
Those side mirrors remind me of the W163 ML.

 

so wow disappointed... thought this would be my new car instead of the new M3... which is also disgusting... guess gotta keep looking, its a shame

Pierre - miss the C43 at all? Rare breed. My father drives one.

 

The interior is just fantastic, looks sleek, elegant and modern. However i agree the rear fenders dont give any "umph" to the car, make them bulkier as if the car is squating in the starting blocks to unleash hell. There is a problem when the fog lights appear to have a similar diameter as the normal lights. Personally tehre is something wrong with the wheels, look way to C-class if you know what i mean. And the MB badge on the bonnet isn't really necessary with the massive MB badge on the front, something can be said for understated elegance which two badges within inches doesnt provide.

Did i mention the interior, i can't remember, too busy wiping the drool on my keyboard. Two things keep me from buying that car, rear fender and lack of funds.

edit: also in the fifth pic, the side crease looks too deep into the door, and the creases on the bonnet look like straight weird. But then again these are just pics.

btw , get used to the big side view mirrors, all new german cars will have oversized mirrors, as some recent law was passed ...

 

I was wondering what the deal was, especially on the new M3!

 

I would get one but I dont like the lack of rear flares and the big mirrors are a turnoff as well. Its still going to be an excellent car!
