How to pick an AMG
I see there's some confusion here on how to pick an AMG. Here's a simple formula I use:
1. Pick a body style that works for you (coupe, sedan, roadster, etc).
2. With the selected body style, select the lightest and fastest car (most fun!). Here's a chart to help:

sl 65 will beat the slr from a roll. slr is equiped with better tires and a killer bad **** traction control. i've riden in both. dont forget the clk 55, soon to be 63. Ml 63 and R63 (haha) what a joke.ive never seen one of those in person

I drove an SL65 and its weight made it feel kind of boring to own for a sporty car. I suppose someone would choose an SL65 over a 997TT simply because of the SL65's luxury, comfort, style and prestige.
- MB kinda has a stigma as for being for trhe older but im in my early 20's and i love the car - the SL65, sounds on paper... insane
