It is a concept Benz called the F200 that came out around 1998 or so or around the time when the first SLK came out (97') so if im correct , to introduce the W220 new body style. (check similar headlights). I am not sure how many Mercedes made, but i almost positive its a 1 off.

Im sure you were too young to remember when it was introduced. It looked amazing back then in magazines.
Its a 10+ year old concept vehicle. Now compare it to other concepts from the 90's and judge.

 

It might be ugly but the wheels and front grille could be used to grate cheese.
