FS: A Few Plasma TV's and one LCD TV

Just in time for the Superbowl I am posting a few TV's I had advertised before and also one or two that I didn't.

1) Panasonic 50" TH-50PX600U. Top of the line current model Panasonic 50" plasma with latest 9th gen glass. It is loaded with all the features that none of the other Panasonic 50" TV's have such as CableCard and TVGuide. It is also has, by far, the best looking cabinet of any of the Panasonic line. I have 2 of these and will sell 1 and keep the other. One is brand-new and one I am currently using. The used one is still in brand-new condition. I will sell the new one for $2,395 and the almost new one for $2,250. The new one is still in its box.

2) Pioneer PDP-5060HD. This is identical to the ELITE PRO-1130HD, it has the same glass, same picture quality, etc... Only difference is the ELITE has a few extra tweaks for ISF calibration and the ELITE has a black color media receiver and a black swivel stand. I bought the ELITE black swivel stand for this TV, and it is included, since it is a really nice stand. The 5060HD is the last Pioneer plasma to use an external media receiver so they are quite sought after. The TV is in near new condition and is loaded with every conceivable feature. Price is $2,595.

3) Pioneer PDP-5050HD/SX. Paid around $5k for this. This TV is in near new condition. Price is $1,995.

3) Sharp 52" 1080p LCD. The new Sharp LCD's are pretty awesome, they have super deep blacks and super bright whites, which is a breakthrough for LCD technology. The 2 big problems with LCD, motion blur and poor blacks, are completely elimated in these new models. It has 4ms response time to elimate any motion blur and has a 10,000:1 contrast ratio. I bought this on an impulse because it looks so nice. If you are putting it in a bright room with lots of windows it is perfect as it has a very low reflective screen, unlike plasma, and has a super bright picture. This TV is a pretty hot item right now, you can go see it at Costco running. It is amazing how good it looks compared to any TV next to it including the Panasonic plasmas. The case is finished in piano gloss black. I had planned on replacing my 50" Panasonic for sale above with it, but I keep going back and forth and really can't decide which I like better. This TV is full 1080p with dual 1080p compatible HDMI ports. This cost me $3,750 out the door and I will let it go for $2,995. It has been used for just a few hours and is complete with all boxes.

I am in the San Jose, CA area and would highly prefer a local deal.

I have receipts for the Sharp and the Panasonic, those have the balance of the manufacturers warranty, quite a bit left. I have the receipt for the 5060 somehwere, that has some warranty left. The 5050 I think is just going out of warranty.

Yes, as long as they keep coming out with new models, and I buy them, my old ones have to go.... (Or in this case even some of my new ones...)

What's the model # of the Sharp? My dad just ordered the 46" (92U) and I am trying to talk him into getting yours instead.

DJ,

The Sharp will be pretty easy to ship, it is under the max dimensions that Fed-Ex/DHL will accept. The Panasonic box is larger and DHL already refused shipping it once. I talked to Fed-Ex and they said even though it is oversized they "might" take it, so for the Panasonic I could try, but can't guarantee it can be shipped via a common carrier. Any of the TVs can be shipped via freight line but then it starts costing $$$.

I have a Pioneer 43 inch, PDP-4345HD. I also have a 2 Panasonic 42" that I am still using in two of my guest bedrooms but if you want it I can take one of them down. Model# of them is TH-42PX50U and TH-42PX6U. Basically identical, but the PX50U has a cablecard slot.
