Anyone want to duplicate my power setup?

Guys, Christian (Check in the 996TT section) has a set of K16/24s that he's selling for $1600. These are the turbos I have on my car, and I believe they come with the upgraded wastegate spring setup ($275 extra from Kevin). So for the cost of the turbos, a 5bar FPR, and Kevin's software ($2000), you could be at over 500Wheel HP...

Someone should jump on this and give me a little competition!

Mike

I've been *extremely* tempted, and may pull the trigger... I'm just worried that $1600 becomes a lot of money fast when I start adding in turbos, software, FPR, exhaust, installation, etc... Still, I might buy them now and tuck them away in the closet until the summer. Definitely want to see if this K16/24 thing is all it's hyped up to be I remember going from C2->TT. It was like being on laughing gas..

Mike,
This is very tempting. Would you recomend doing a clutch upgrade too?

Two options...

You could keep the stock clutch and have Kevin dial back the tune (or you could dial back the boost via the wastegates) or you could do the clutch, which would also add an additional $2000-3000 depending on the kit.
