Scott - that cobra is CLEARLY faster then most cars on the road BAR NONE (still one of my favorite cars), so the only way to become a true baller/player is to take that damn aerodynamic hindering piece of metal off the front bumper......LMAO.......you're baller though b/c you can ride as a euro trash GQ like me in the P-Car one day and then go to the Cattle Auction with Almo in the Cobra the next day........waaaaahahahahhaahahhahahahahahahaha.... ...j/k *****es!!!!

I got ticketed in DC for not having a front plate - but here the catch:
a) at the time, my car was parked at a fully paid up meter (I was gone)
b) my car is licensed in Maryland!
I've never seen such BS from the District in my life. Ticketing parked cars from out of state for a front plate? You've got to be kidding me. A-holes.

I know here in Jersey, if you are without front plate you can get a ticket even when parked.
about being pulled over by a state trooper for no front tag on the 911. No ticket, but did make her late for work tonight.

That's VA for ya. Three tickets in the past three years. Nope, not speeding. No plates in VA only. Two on GW Parkway and one on 66 at 28.
When you guys have gtg's in VA I typically stay away because of your popo.
