Burn Foundation Concours May 31, Bethlehem

May 31st will usher in the 20th annual Burn Foundation Eastern US Concours d'Elegance. This year they will be bringing back winners from the previous 19 years. There will be some great cars on hand. The event is held at the Northampton Community College, 3835 Green Pond Road Bethlehem, PA 18020

You can find more information at: http://www.concourseast.org/default.shtml

This is a unique chance to see some great cars for 15 bucks (children under 15 are free), all of which goes to the Burn Foundation. I'll be judging a couple of categories.

As far as the cars go, there will be the Brass era cars, the classics, muscle cars and supercars. Last year we had some very nice iron on the field. What is also very unusual and cool about this show is that every car will parade in front of the crowd. So you will get to see, hear and feel each car rolling around the field and viewing stands.

There also is a good club parking setup so if you want to caravan up, start getting organized. There were some nice Porsches in the parking lot last year, right up in the front row.

regards

ken

This weekend

Here is a collage that I will be handing out to the participants of the show. It shows a majority of the cars from last year and gives you a flavor of what this event is like.

This is a very good show made better by the fact that all cars will be previous winners. There will be some great stuff on the grass. It pretty inexpensive as well. 15 bucks to get and kids under 15 are free. Every dollar goes to a good cause, the Burn Prevention Foundation.

Hope to see some of you there!

regards

ken
