I'm looking for air-cooled shop recommendations in the DC area for a PPI on a 964 (N. VA, DC, MD).

Also looking for recommendation in Annapolis MD (which is where I live) for future work.

May be Porsche of Annapolis will do PPI?

I go to ASG in fairfax but it's far from where you are I suppose.

 

(Justinmm2) on the forum, he's a moderator, has ties in to Porsche of Annapolis.

Otherwise, I suggest the following in geographical order to you:

1.) Intersport Peformance in Tyson's Corner, VA
2.) IMA Motorsport in Chantilly, VA
3.) Foreign Affairs in Staunton, VA

I would recommend TPC or Atspeed - TPC (Jessup, MD) has been building and modifying air cooled for years. I have had good success with Atspeed (hanover, MD) their shop is gorgeous and the mechanics there know their stuff. They have a couple air cooled cup cars at all times.

Worth the drive IMO - TPC even brought me back to work when they were doing work on my turbo..

- personally I have never had a good experience with the dealer although i have never been to annapolis porsche either.
