I realize this probably isn't the best forum, but I figured I'd give it a shot.

I'm a young guy whose looking to getting into buying and renting real estate. Looking to start small and work my way up, and sticking to residential properties. I have 10 properties out of state but looking for a broker in the N. VA area.

I have financing pretty much squared away, just looking for someone who can help me locate properties in the N. VA area. I'm looking for someone who currently invests in real estate and has experience in that area.

Can anyone pass me any names along?

Call Dee Hester based out of McLean, VA. She's not only a realtor, but she also teaches new realtors so she knows her stuff when it comes to buying a home (whether first time buyer or whatever), and investment properties. Tell her Berk sent you.
