What was the donor car for the dark blue Ferrari ? Corvette?

 

I was wondering the same.. I wanted to take a peak into what under the "bonnet" but cuoldn't see anything..

I've seen enough pictures of this Cars and Coffee so I'm heading up with a few people from the Cars and Coffee Richmond group to check it out this weekend. Be cool to meet some of you guys.

 

^^^ Sorry bro Richmond is too far a drive from Baltimore...I do go by it on my way to/from VIR though so maybe I can catch it at some point in the future...

Thanks for clarifying. It's the wrong time of the year for most of the guys from Richmond but a couple of us plan on coming up Saturday. Plus, I've chatted with a few of you on here and nothing is better than meeting you guys and supporting other Cars and Coffee so we are heading up that way. The trip is rather long and a bit early for us (ours starts at 8) but we have a few hardcore car fanatics, like myself, who decided to make the trip. If you see me, my car, say "Hello!"

 

^^^^ ah ok sounds good...Katies is a packed event, be advised try to get there by 7am is the weather is nice the lot gets filled quickly. I may try to get out there...it's still a bit of a hike from Bmore, but it's nice to catch the maple lawn guys on the way back up north...

 

We had over 100 cars show up - not at all bad for a cold, clear morning. Unfortunately, I missed our visitor from Richmond. Here's some of what I did see -

Sorry I missed you Bob. I had a hard time finding the guys I cruised up with too, lots of people. The guy to the left in the picture of the two guys chatting, in front of the BMW's, is Brandon. He cruised up from Richmond with me in his white 7 series. My car and his were actually right behind you in this shot.

I did meet Sunir and a few others from on here. It was great meeting you guys today. Granted it was when I was leaving so we couldn't talk much but if you guys decide to come down to our C&C sometime, let me know and I'll show you guys around.

Ha, the guy with the lil girl in the glasses also drove up from Richmond, in his M5! I had the hardest time finding them. I was the biggest tourist today, I took over 200 pics!

 

Did anyone take more pics of the GT2 RS? I have a few cell phone shots and was hoping there would be more. It's one of the few cars left that can scare a man to death.

 

Here are my pictures from Saturday. The highlights were the Porsche GT2RS and the Fisker Karma. I loved seeing the Shelby Durango just because it's not something you see often.
