Ended up pulling the trigger on an 2001 996 TT Silver 2001 over Metropol Blue (same color combo of the one I had prior). I wanted to wait until next Spring to get into 997TT but just couldn't wait and decided I would go back with a 996TT for now.

Stock with upper 30K miles.

 

congrats...I am waiting for the 997TT or GT3 in 1.5/6 years if I can hold out and if it isn't in the cards definately searching for a pristine 996TT. Congrats again and know why it was so hard to hold out!
