BMW Indie shops for coding

Been searching all the boards for a local shop that has the BMW tool that can change programmed features like turn signal timing, coutesy lights timed, shut off corner parking light and leave angel ring, arm factory alarm kit I installed, check airbag fault, etc. I have only found techie groups talking a language I don't understand and the dealership SA last week wasn't too friendly or optimistic about going through them for this type of service. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Thanks for the input, Gents. Turns out a Gent 10 minutes up the road from me could do it also. In and done in just a few minutes at lunch today.
