Yeah they make me angry too, but it's good stress release. But there are games out there that won't anger you. I get pissed off from online shooters like counter-strike and black ops, those games are sure to send a string of curse words out of my mouth.

But driving games like GT5, Test Drive Unlimited 2 can be relaxing. Strategy games are more relaxed too - civ5, the new heroes of might and magic, supreme commander 2. Scary/creepy games like Dead Space 2/F3AR are loads of fun at night by yourself, you'll be more creeped out than pissed off I assure you
