Jumping on the new car bandwagon...

Since it seems like everyone else is doing it...I bought a new car too. It's a 2004 M3 with 57,000 miles, black on black, SMG transmission, Harman Kardon sound system, HID's, LED taillights, blah blah blah. The first thing to go will be the chrome grilles. Then I'll tint it in the spring and leave it stock for a while. It's a big upgrade from my Fit so I don't want to mod it just yet haha.

I haven't gotten any good pictures of it since I just bought it this morning, but here's a cell phone shot I took at work:

I'd just wrap the grille housings in vinyl real quick, cheap and easy first mod!

Congrats on the new ride, why'd you chose one with smg

Yeah I didn't really want one with a sunroof but I actually fit it in just fine.

Someone at my work told me to plasti-dip them haha. I didn't really care which transmission I got. I drove Juan's M3 last weekend which is 6-Speed, and before today I had never driven an SMG before. I like the flippy paddles though

You're like a drug dealer. You gave me a small sample for free, and then I was hooked and needed MORE!

Tonk just because Juan is Columbian doesn't mean he is a drug dealer !!!

Man you are gonna love the M3 bro...it's the perfect car, does everything so well. I drove an SMG at Summit Point when they first came out, they are very good gearboxes, pretty quick shifts...the early models were not as smooth with a little clunk but not bad altogether.

Congrats once again...glad your heart won over your responsible mind eventually! Now get out there and drive young Tonk just keep driving and keep grining ear to ear!!!!

Nope, it's actually the roof of the parking garage at my work.
