2nd annual castaway critters car show

It's time that we start getting the word out. Please mark your calendars. April 28th, 2012. Last year we had an awesome event that included a huge caravan of 6speeders from the Northern VA/Washington/Baltimore area. We really hope everyone can make it again this year, along with alot of newcomers. This is "Castaway Critters" 10th year anniversary, and we would really like to make it a banner year for them. They have saved the lives of over 7,500 dogs and cats in those ten years, and it is only through the generosity of guys/gals like you that it is even a possibility. Please go to this website and have a look around. Registration is only $20.00 and will include a light breakfast as well as a ticket for entrance into the AACA museum. http://www.coolcarsforcatsandcanines.com/

Thanks to everyone for your support last year, and we really do appreciate your consideration for this year.

Awesome! Glad it's happening again this year. Tom, is the $20 per car, or per person? Will passengers need to pay a donation like last year?

And here are my pics from last year, if anyone wants to check them out: http://www.flickr.com/photos/chriswa...57626670950870

But Juan, Hershey is out of town for you! That's really too bad if you won't be able to make it. I really wanted to hear your exhaust.

Hey Tonk,
If you're showing a car, registration is $20.00 and will include a ticket to the museum. Yes, a passenger would need to pay $5.00 to get in, children under 10 are free. Hope you can make it and take some more incredible pics this year.

Tom,

I've heard nothing but great things about it. I was really looking forward to it. But alas, I'll be away on business. I have to pay for the car somehow so duty calls. I'm positive we'll run in to each other this year. The exhaust sounds amazing btw.

Awesome Sunir, bring both of them. The more the merrier, and as you said, it really benefits a great organization.

And thanks to Sunir, Kumaiki and Chris Cowan for returning for Round 2. Spread the word fellows. We need to start letting people know about this!

Last Saturday of the month.. Probably have to work.. Stupid car dealerships lol

Found 1 of my dogs in a garbage can, one cat behind an old washing machine and adopted 3 others (I have 2 still), plus I donate to the ASPCA monthly and the wwf, I'm really into these type of events...

Maybe if we have a 991 I can convince them to bring it out.. I know we will have one 2/4/11 to see

Looking forward to this! Sounds like a great cause, and I too have a habit of taking in rescues... Right now we have a dumpster kitty And a ferret that was previously a military research animal.
