Not like this..... NEVER. Back in the good old days this forum was jumping 10+ new threads a day, real car people talking about real car things and knowledge.
Then say oh about late 2010 it started to morph into being about 70-80% essentially a nondescirpt chat room for a group of 15 or so and then just down down down to radio silence. It's a shame. Used to be 100% great local forum.... the kind you'd want to advertise on.
It still has some virtues for me, rcollums Katie's pics, some car meet announcements etc.... but it def. doesn't even remotely resemble what it used to be. Sigh.... life goes on

I've noticed it in other sections here and on other forums as well. Remember the "good old days" of '07-'09 meeting at the Starbucks on Rockville Pike; posting of pics the next day and conversation about the meet and just other chit chat. Kinda sad actually.

It seems we are letting a lot of great cars and pretty decent people go to waste by not getting together more regularly.
