Bodyshop Reco in DC/VA/MD?
Hi All,
New to the area but not new to 6speed. Girlfriend's neighbor slammed into my DD early this morning
2008 Audi S4 Avant. Needs new rear bumper, rear quarter panel rebuilt and possible refinishing of one RS6 wheel that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Luckily, the frame is fine. Car looked great before the hit and I'm eager to get it back into proper shape. Not my dollar so cost is NOT a concern. Looking for recos on the BEST shops in the area. (Where do all the exotics in the region get their work done?)
Thanks in advance for the Southern Hospitality

Wagonwerks used to be very good. But they have changed ownership and thier talented people have left. Now you pay the premium but don't get a premium product or service.

i agree, best body shop in the DC metro area. Ask for Ron or Kevin, tell them jim with the grey vette sent you and they will take good care of you.
Gunther, thanks for the update. Which shop would you take your own car to if money wasn't a factor?
Torque since I have not wrecked my car recently I do not know the answer. But there are others here on the board that have some recent experiance. Again, Wagonwerks is not where I would go if i needed my car fixed today.
Wagonwerkes main guys Derreck and Jack left and started Europros, if you go there tell them Sunir sent you. They've done work for me before, nothing big, small stuff, chip repair, bumper respray for clearbra etc... but they seem to do the big jobs really well too. I have heard good things about D&V but they are all the way out in Stirling. In the Baltimore area nobody beats Jeff Shaw's Collision craft, excellent work, mostly BMW, Porsche, German and exotics.
