Wow what's up with all of the hate? Kevin I got your pm. I will try to attend but usually Sundays are bad for me. Good luck and looking at some of the past pictures looks like you have a lot of beautiful cars that come out!

This does sound like a cool event since they're letting people look at fighter jets.

I would go but a 2 1/2 hour drive in the f355 would not be fun. I would be way too paranoid it would break down or malfunction. I do like my 355 but it's exhibited way too many strange behaviors since I've owned it. Also, the seats will destroy you and anything longer than 1 hour is very uncomfortable (and I'm young!!).

Maybe I'll go in the future when I pick up a Gallardo.

Not sure what all the negativity is all about in this thread. If you don't want to pay $54 a head and do this event, that is obviously your choice. But to go negative on the organizer who is also a sponsor of this forum is bad form.

I can definitely see how this event could cost far beyond the price of admission. Sure if there was a charity involved it would make the cost less of an issue for the participants but then again, the people staffing it probably would have donated their time as well and cut the actual out of pocket costs for the organizers. I have no affiliation to the organizer and have actually never dealt with them or heard of them before this post....and will probably not do this event anyway but thought I would add my $.02 since I was taken aback by some of the responses in this thread.

The tour route is completed. I'm pleased to report that it is laden with many twists and turns. There is also quite a bit of elevation changes and wide open stretches.

The entire route is in the state of Maryland and is camera-free. There is no unwanted, automated state supported photography along the route.

We have also included a pit stop in the middle for everyone to stretch and take a break.

We look forward to an exciting event.

I attended this event last year and will attend this year as well. It's a great event. For the Haters, do the math - 130 cars at $54 less Balboni fee and cost of organizing and support. I don't think Kevin is doing this to buy a new Ferrari( or even pay for a service!). It's for the love of motoring.

Just read this.
Can't understand some of the members negative comments. Some of the ego's here certainly make this space unappealing !

This will be my first event and I am looking forward to it! The cover charge of $54 is about what I paid for admission to a 3D movie and overpriced concessions...
