Just an FYI. I'm in "the biz" and sold an '08 to the dealer (wholesale) for 25k. Mini S, 5 spd, no roof, 4k miles.

 

You mean 6 speed? Used Mini prices are outrageous right now, we ended up ordering a new one and waiting the 6 weeks. It was cheaper than buying a used one.

 

if your in the market to buy and cn stand waiting the 6 weeks I'd buy new. You wont save much if any by buying used. We searched for weeks and ended up buying new. Wait time went fast and we are super happy with the mini. It is one of the best cars I've ever owned.

 

I also was recently in the market for a manual S and did my research locally here in So Cal and MSRP (or higher) is the going rate.
