I'm Nataly. I've just sold my Golf GTI and bought MINI R56 Cooper S 1.6i Turbo John Cooper Works . It's my first Mini and I have a lot of questions.
I'm going to use this car at track-days preferentially and that's why I'm interested in tuning.
I'm going to start modifications right now, first of all I'm going to change brakes. Now I choose brake pads. What is the best for JCW?

You could go with EBC or hawk, most people go with Hawk HPS or HP+ . For ECS they use Reds. Usless this is a full on track car then go to the yellow.

Whats year do you have ?

Are you looking for an intake / exhuast system set up , or just a tune ?

I've already found some information and I think EBC yellowstuff will be the best choice. My car is from 2013 and I think my brake pads should be changed soon. Also I'm going to make chip tuning and install downpipe.

 

Yep EBC yellow has about one the best track pad.

2013 R56 MINI Cooper S Brake options, ( You will wont the not for JCW , unless you have the front 4 pot JCW brakes up front or JCW brake package )
