There you have it. At least your experiences are consistant.

A track buddy of mine who helps coordinate the Palm Springs Historic Races [who in fact is taking delivery of his custom Cooper S this weekend] recently recommended Newport Imports [is that Newport Auto center...not sure]. After driving all the way from Palm Springs, he had a wonderful experience there and received a fair deal on a Lotus Elise. With his recommendation, I would not think twice about doing business with them.

Thank you. Yes that's the place he recommended. They sell new "Loti" as well.

"there is a reason car salesman have a bad rep, its usually true....."

Isn't that the truth. Hence it is quite hard for an owner to find the top 1% and it is quite simple for the top 1% to be exceedingly successful. Hand pick enough of your employees carefully (usually from outside the car business) and you have the success that Crevier is enjoying.

Yes, I wish you luck in your endeavors as well.

FYI....Newport Auto Center does NOT sell new Lotus's.....You must be referring to Newport Coast....Newport Auto Center is an official Porsche, Bentley and Audi Dealer...part of the Power Group.....

Power Group?!? Then I am with you! I'm not a fan of their process.
Good to hear though I can still consider my Lotus at Newport Coast.
