I have an '03 540i M-Tech that I have owned for about 6 years. Its a naturally aspirated DINAN5. Stage 5 engine and Trans. Its my daily driver and it looks good and moves out. With the miles racking up the repair bills at my local dealer started to exceed the cost of a new motor. This seemed to be occurring quite often. Having replaced everything in the car I can't let her go.


Anyways I've always wanted a Porsche so I bought an 03 996 C4S with 25K miles. It was nice but I had too much money tied up in it and I literally didn't understand what all the hype was about. A few months later I sold it and somehow ended up with an 05 997S with 3x as many miles but $10k less and the rest is history.


I google everything which always led me here. Even though I wasn't a member everyone I communicated with, really went out of their way to help me. I appreciate that. I learn something every time I log in. The knowledge here is unreal. I love it! I have to admit that some of the lingo had me scratching my head.
